Installation Procedure

Intake Manifold Gasket (2) - Install NEW

NOTE:

Check that the 2 pins (3) of the intake manifold are seated correctly in the cylinder head.

Intake Manifold (1) - Install

Intake Manifold Bolt (1) - Install [7x]

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Intake Manifold Bolt (1) - Tighten in sequence [7x]
1. First Pass: 5 N.m (44 lb in)
2. Final Pass: 15 N.m (11 lb ft)

Retainer (2) - Connect
Electrical Connector (1) - Connect

Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Pipe Bracket (2) - Reposition
Engine Wiring Harness Conduit Nut (1) - Install and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Retainer (1) - Connect
