Circuit/System Verification

- Ignition ON.
- Verify DTC B1A30 is not set.
- If DTC B1A30 is set
Refer to DTC B1A30 (UD7) , or DTC B1A30 (UKG) .
- Go to next step: If DTC B1A30 is not set
- If DTC B1A30 is set
- Verify DTC B31AE 12 or B31AF 12 is not set.
- If DTC B31AE 12 or B31AF 12 is set
- Verify the appropriate B166 Advanced Parking Assist Alarm Sensors are not contaminated with snow, mud, dirt, slush, or ice.
- If contaminated, clean the B166 Advanced Parking Assist Alarm Sensors.
- Go to next step: If there is no contamination
- Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
- Go to next step: If DTC B31AE 12 or B31AF 12 is not set
- Verify B31AE 4A or B31AF 4A is not set.
- If DTC B31AE 4A or B31AF 4A is set
Replace the appropriate B166 Advanced Parking Assist Alarm Sensor with the correct sensor type.
- Go to next step: If DTC B31AE 4A or B31AF 4A is not set
- If DTC B31AE 4A or B31AF 4A is set
- Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
