Installation Procedure

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Seal (1) - Install NEW [2x]

    NOTE:

    Remove the caps from the fittings and plugs from the holes before installing the transmission fluid cooler pipes.

    Maneuver the transmission fluid cooler inlet and outlet pipe (1) as necessary to install in the vehicle.

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Nut (1) - Install and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  4. Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Clip Bolt (1) - Install and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Engage the 2 transmission fluid auxiliary cooler pipe clips (1) at the brackets.

    Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bolt (1) - Install and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Front Crossmember Brace (2) - Install - Front Crossmember Brace Replacement

    Front Wheel Drive Half Shaft - Right Side (1) - Install - Front Wheel Drive Half Shaft Replacement - Right Side

    Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct - Right Side (1) - Install - Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct Replacement - Right Side (LGY)

  11. Check the transmission fluid level. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check
  12. Inspect for transmission fluid leaks. Fluid Leak Diagnosis
