Installation Procedure

Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Exchanger (2) - Install
- Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- NOTE:
Remove the caps from the fittings and plugs from the holes before installing the transmission fluid cooler pipes.
Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe (1) @ Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Exchanger - Install [2x] - Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LSY, without V03)
Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Heat Exchanger Outlet Hose (2) @ Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Exchanger - Install - Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Heat Exchanger Outlet Hose Replacement (LSY, without V03)
- Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Heat Exchanger Inlet Hose (1) @ Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Exchanger - Install - Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Heat Exchanger Inlet Hose Replacement (LSY, without V03)
- Lower the vehicle.
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill)
- Check the cooling system for leaks.
- Check the transmission fluid level. Transmission Fluid Level and Condition Check
- Inspect for transmission fluid leaks. Fluid Leak Diagnosis
