Installation Procedure

Install the starter. (2)
- Starter Bolt (1) - Install and Tighten 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
Connect the electrical connector. (1)
- Battery Positive Cable (3) - Install
- Starter Solenoid Cable Nut (2) Install and Tighten 12.5 N.m (111 lb in).
Starter Heat Shield (2) - Install
- Starter Heat Shield Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Starter Heat Shield Replacement (LT4)
- Exhaust Manifold-Right Side - Install - Exhaust Manifold Replacement - Right Side (LT4)
- Lower the vehicle.
- Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
