Installation Procedure

    Feed the battery positive cables (2) into the engine compartment and engage the harness grommet (1).

    Battery Positive Cable (5) - Install [2x]

  3. Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable (4) - Install
  4. Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable Nut (3) - Install - Engine Wiring Harness Fuse Block Bracket Replacement 
  5. Battery Positive Cable Nut (1) - Install - Battery Distribution Fuse Block Replacement
  6. Fuse Block Cover (2) - Install

    Retainer (2) - Engage [2x]

  8. Engage the battery positive cables (1) into the harness retainer channel.
  9. Brake Master Cylinder - Install - Brake Master Cylinder Replacement - With Power Brake Booster and Electronic Brake Control Module (without MJK) , or Brake Master Cylinder Replacement - With Power Brake Booster and Electronic Brake Control Module (with MJK)

    Retainer (1) - Engage [5x]

    Driver Footrest Bracket (3) - Install

  12. Footrest Bracket Nut (2) - Install and Tighten [2x] - 3 N.m (27 lb in)
  13. Retainer (1) - Engage

    Install the battery positive cable (2) into the harness channel.

  15. Retainer (1) - Engage

    Engage the battery positive cable (2) to the harness channel retainers (1).

  17. Feed the battery positive cable into the rear compartment.

    Retainer (2) @Rear Body Fuse Block Bracket (1) - Engage

    Battery Positive Cable (3) - Install [2x]

  20. Battery Positive Cable Nut (1) - Install [2x] - Battery Distribution Fuse Block Replacement
  21. Retainer (2) - Engage [2x]

    Rear Body Fuse Block Cover (2) - Install - Rear Body Fuse Block Cover Replacement

    Install the left side front floor panel carpet (3). Front Floor Panel Carpet Replacement - Left Side

    Install the left side rear floor panel carpet (2). Rear Floor Panel Carpet Replacement

    Install the left side rear seat back bolster (2). Rear Seat Back Bolster Replacement

  26. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
