1	Cargo Tie Down Loop Bolt Cap Procedure Use a small flat-bladed tool to disengage integral tabs on cargo tie down loop trim cover from the quarter lower rear trim panel.
2	Cargo Tie Down Loop Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 20 N.m (15 lb ft)
