Installation Procedure

- Gently pull fascia outward to allow for clearance for the installation of the filler pipe.
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe (1) - Install
Install the 2 right side rear fascia bolts (1). Rear Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (without Blackwing)Rear Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Blackwing)
Fuel Tank Filler Hose (3) - Install
- Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (2) - Tighten 3.5 N.m (31 lb in)
- Fuel Tank Filler Pipe (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten9 N.m (80 lb in)
Tie Strap (2) - Install NEW
- Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Fuel Tank Vent Hose - Install - Fuel Tank Vent Hose Replacement
- Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing - Install - Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement
- Rear Wheelhouse Liner-Right Side - Install - Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
- Fill the fuel tank.
