Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716)
- Intake Manifold Cover - Remove - Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (1) @Water Outlet - Disconnect
- Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Water Outlet - Disconnect
Water Outlet Bolt (1) - Remove [3x]
- Water Outlet (3) - Remove
- Water Outlet O-Ring Seal (2) - Remove and DISCARD
