Thermostat Bypass Hose (1) - Install
Thermostat Bypass Hose (2) @Engine Coolant Flow Control Valve - Install
- Hose Clamp (1) @Engine Coolant Flow Control Valve - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Thermostat Bypass Hose (2) @Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Pipe - Install
- Thermostat Bypass Hose (2) @Engine Oil Cooler - Install
- Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Automatic Transmission Fluid Cooling Exchanger (2) @Thermostat Bypass Hose - Install
- Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716)
- Start the engine and check for leaks.
