Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill)
Plenum Front Panel (1) - Remove - Plenum Front Panel Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Plenum Front Panel Replacement (with Blackwing)
- Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace- Right Side - Remove - Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Replacement (Impact Bar Bracket) , or Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Replacement (Plenum without Blackwing) , or Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Replacement (Plenum with Blackwing)
Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose (2) @Radiator Surge Tank - Remove - Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LSY Radiator Surge Tank to Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe and Engine Coolant Thermostat Housing Pipe) , or Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose Replacement (LSY Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe to Radiator)
Heater Outlet Hose (2) @Radiator Surge Tank - Remove - Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LSY)
Radiator Surge Tank Nut (1) - Remove
- Clip (2) @Front Wheelhouse Panel Extension - Remove
Radiator Surge Tank (1) - Remove
