Installation Procedure

Engine Cooler Fan (2) - Install
- Engine Coolant Fan Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Engine Coolant Fan Replacement (LGY)
Engine Coolant Fan Module Radiator (1) - Install
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Engine Radiator - Install
- Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Retainer (1) - Install
Radiator Inlet Hose (6) - Install
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (5) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Retainer (3) - Engage
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (4) - Install
- Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Pipe (2) - Install
- Radiator Surge Tank Inlet Hose and Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
- Connect the electrical connector. (1)
Air Conditioning Condenser (1) - Install - Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement (LGY)
Install the air cleaner assembly. (1) Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
- Inspect for coolant leaks.
