Installation Procedure

    Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Engine Coolant Pump - Install

  2. Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (4) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type 
  3. Radiator Outlet Hose Clip (1) - Install
  4. Install the radiator outlet hose retainer (3) to the radiator outlet hose connector.
  5. Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the right side charge air cooler ensuring the radiator outlet hose connector is fully engaged.

    Radiator Outlet Hose Clip (1) - Install

    Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Engine Radiator - Install

  8. Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

    Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Engine Oil Cooler - Install

  10. Retainer (3) - Install
  11. Radiator Outlet Hose Clip (1) - Install
  12. Front Cradle Shear Plate - Install - Front Cradle Shear Plate Replacement (Blackwing)

    Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct- Left Side (1) - Install - Auxiliary Radiator Front Inlet Duct Replacement - Left Side (LT4)

    Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (with Blackwing)

    Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement

    Air Cleaner Outlet Duct (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement

  17. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716) 
  18. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
