Installation Procedure

Install the radiator outlet hose retainer (1) to the radiator outlet hose connector.
- Install the radiator outlet hose (2) to the charge air cooler ensuring the radiator outlet hose retainer (1) is fully engaged.
- Radiator Outlet Hose Clip (3) - Install
- Front Wheelhouse Liner - Install - Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement , or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Blackwing)
- Install the left front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (without J57) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (with J57)
Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Auxiliary Water Pump - Install
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
- Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
