Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
- Remove the air cleaner assembly. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clip (3) - Remove [2x]
- Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Water Outlet - Remove
- Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Hose (4) - Remove
Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Radiator Inlet Hose (2) @Engine Radiator - Remove
- Radiator Inlet Hose (2) - Remove
