Installation Procedure

Radiator Drain Cock (1) - Install
- Rotate the radiator drain cock clockwise to close. (1)
- Remove the drain hose from the radiator drain port.
- Remove the drain pan.
- Install the front portion of the right front wheelhouse liner. Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement , or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (Blackwing)
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
