Installation Procedure

Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe Gasket (4) - Install NEW
- Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe (3) - Install
- Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Position the engine coolant heater cord thermostat.
- Auxiliary Heater Outlet Hose@Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe - Install - Auxiliary Heater Outlet Hose Replacement
- Heater Inlet Hose@Heater Inlet and Outlet Pipe - Install - Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LSY) , or Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LGY)
Engine Rear Noise Shield (1) - Install - Engine Rear Noise Shield Replacement
