Installation Procedure

Engine Oil Cooler Hose (2) - Install
- Engine Oil Cooler Hose Retainer (1) - Install
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
- NOTE:
Whenever the engine oil cooler lines are detached, the quick connect fitting must be replaced. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Pipe/Hose Quick Connect Fitting Replacement (LT4) .
Engine Oil Cooler Hose (2) - Install
- Engine Oil Cooler Hose Retainer (1) - Install
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Engine Oil Cooler Hose Bolt (1) - tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Air Conditioning Compressor Belt - Install - Air Conditioning Compressor Belt Replacement
- Front Compartment Air Deflector - Install - Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement (AWD) , or Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement (RWD) , or Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement (Blackwing)
- Air Cleaner Outlet Duct - Install - Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement
- Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716)
