Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill)
Plenum Front Panel (1) - Remove - Plenum Front Panel Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Plenum Front Panel Replacement (with Blackwing)
- Engine Wiring Harness Bracket - Remove - Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Replacement
Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe (2) @Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose - Remove
Hose Clamp (1) - Disengage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe (2) @Auxiliary Water Pump Inlet Pipe - Remove
Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe (1) - Remove
