Water Pump Cover (2) - Install

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Water Pump Cover Bolt (2) - Install and hand tighten [3x] 8.5 N.m (75 lb in)

Engine Wiring Harness Bracket (2) - Install
Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Electric Water Pump (1) - Install

Install the electric water pump (2) into the auxiliary water pump outlet upper hose (3).
Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

Water Pump Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - 36 N.m (27 lb ft)

Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @ Electric Water Pump - Install - Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LSY) , or Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LGY) , or Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (AWD with LGY Auxiliary Water Pump to Charge Air Cooler) , or Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LT4)
Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube (2) - Install - Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Tube Replacement

Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716)
Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
