Installation Procedure

Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (1) - Install
- Retainer (3) - Engage
- Turbocharger Coolant Feed Hose Clip (2) - Install
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose (4) @Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe - Install
- Charge Air Bypass Regulator Solenoid Valve Inlet Tube Clip (3) - Install
- Charge Air Bypass Valve Vacuum Hose Clip (2) - Install
- Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Install - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
- Fill the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
