Removal Procedure

- Drain the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY)
Air Cleaner Assembly (1) - Remove - Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe (2) @Auxiliary Water Pump - Remove - Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe Replacement (RWD with LGY from Charge Air Cooler Coolant Hose at Radiator and Intake Manifold) , or Charge Air Cooler Coolant Outlet Pipe Replacement (RWD with LGY from Auxiliary Water Pump to Charge Air Cooler Hose)
Radiator Inlet Pipe (2) @Auxiliary Water Pump - Remove - Radiator Inlet Pipe Replacement (RWD with LGY Auxiliary Water Pump to Radiator Outlet Hose)
Charge Air Cooler Front Bracket Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
Electrical Connector (2) - Disconnect
- Auxiliary Water Pump (1) - Remove
