Installation Procedure

Auxiliary Radiator Outlet Pipe (2) - Install
- Auxiliary Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Radiator Outlet Hose - Install
- Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Radiator Outlet Hose Clip (3) - Install
Auxiliary Radiator Outlet Pipe Clip (3) - Install
- Install the charge air cooler retainer (1) into the radiator outlet hose connector.
- Install the auxiliary radiator outlet hose (2) to the charge air cooler ensuring that the charge air cooler retainer (1) is fully engaged.
- Install the air cleaner assembly. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
Engine Control Module Bracket (1) - Install - Engine Control Module Bracket Replacement
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
