Removal Procedure

- Drain the charge air cooling system. Charge Air Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY)
- Remove the front bumper fascia. Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (with Blackwing)
Retainer (1) - Disengage
- Using an appropriate tool, remove the charge air cooler retainer (3) from the radiator outlet hose connector.
- Auxiliary Radiator Outlet Hose (2) - Remove
