Installation Procedure

Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Hose (2) - Install
- Install the charge air cooler retainer (1) into the radiator inlet hose connector.
- Install the auxiliary radiator inlet hose (2) to the charge air cooler ensuring the charge air cooler retainer (1) is fully engaged.
Auxiliary Radiator Inlet Hose (3) @Radiator Inlet Hose - Install
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp (2) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Radiator Inlet Pipe Clip (1) - Install
- Install the air cleaner assembly. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement
- Install the front bumper fascia. Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (without Blackwing) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (with Blackwing)
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LSY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LT4 GE 47716)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
