Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  2. Remove the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (without J57) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (with J57)

    Unclip the 2 electronic suspension rear vertical accelerometer retainers (1). Electronic Suspension Rear Vertical Accelerometer Replacement (FE4)

  4. Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Clip (4) - Remove [2x]
  5. Chassis Rear Wiring Harness - Reposition
  6. Rear Brake Hose Clip Bolt (3) - Remove
  7. Reposition the rear brake line (2).

    Rear Suspension Trailing Arm Nut (1) - Remove

  9. Rear Suspension Trailing Arm Bolt (3) - Remove and DISCARD

    Rear Suspension Trailing Arm Bracket Nut (1) - Remove

  11. Rear Suspension Trailing Arm Bracket Bolt (2) - Remove and DISCARD

    Rear Suspension Upper Trailing Link (1) - Remove
