Removal Procedure

- Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
- Remove the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (without J57)
- {If equipped} Front Disc Brake Pad Wear Sensor - Remove - Front Disc Brake Pad Wear Sensor Replacement (J57, J6H)
Front Brake Hose (2) @Front Brake Caliper - Remove - Front Brake Hose Replacement (JL9)
Front Brake Caliper Guide Pin Bolt (1) @Front Brake Caliper - Remove [2x]
Front Brake Caliper (1) - Remove
- Transfer components as necessary.
