Installation Procedure

Apply sealant to the threads of the drain plug. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers

CAUTION:
Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .

Install the drain plug (1) and tighten to 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

Transfer Case Oil Fill Plug (1) - Remove
Fill the transfer case with fluid.
