Installation Procedure

    NOTE:

    Before installing, the bushing must be correctly aligned and oriented. Mount orientation is critical for noise and vibration performance.

    Pull the NEW right front differential carrier bushing (1) into the differential using DT-50806  Bushing Remover/Installer.

  2. Pull the right front bushing until it is flush fitted.
  3. Install the differential carrier assembly. Differential Carrier Assembly Replacement , or Differential Carrier Assembly Replacement (G96) 
  4. Install the rear tire and wheel assemblies. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (without J57) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (with J57)
  5. Lower the vehicle.
