Installation Procedure

Install the front wheel drive intermediate shaft housing (1) to the front wheel drive intermediate shaft.
- Install the 3 front wheel drive intermediate shaft housing bolts (2) to the oil pan. Tighten the 3 front wheel drive intermediate shaft housing bolts (2) to 58 N.m (43 lb ft).
- If applicable, install the transmission cooler line, harness bolt, and bracket. Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LSY, without V03) , or Transmission Fluid Cooler Inlet and Outlet Pipe Replacement (LGY, AWD)
- Front Wheel Drive Half Shaft - Left Side - Install - Front Wheel Drive Half Shaft Replacement - Left Side
- Front Axle Vent Hose - Install - Front Axle Vent Hose Replacement
- Lower the vehicle.
