Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  2. Plenum Front Panel - Remove - Plenum Front Panel Replacement (with Blackwing)

    Rear Brake Pipe Nut (3) - Remove

  4. Rear Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Disengage
  5. Rear Brake Front Pipe - Right Side (2) @ Rear Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Remove
  6. Cap the right rear brake front pipe outlet to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
  7. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

    Warm Up Three-Way Catalytic Converter - Right Side (1) - Remove - Warm Up Three-Way Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side (LT4)

    Exhaust Front Underbody Heat Shield- Right Side (3) - Remove - Exhaust Front Underbody Heat Shield Replacement - Right Side

    Rear Brake Pipe Nut (3) - Remove

  11. Rear Brake Front Pipe - Right Side (2) @ Rear Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Remove [3x]
  12. Maneuver the right rear brake front pipe (2) out of the vehicle
  13. Cap the right rear brake rear pipe inlet to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
