Installation Procedure

Remove the cap from the left rear brake rear pipe inlet.
- Maneuver the left rear brake front pipe (2) into the vehicle
- Rear Brake Front Pipe - Left Side (2) @ Rear Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Install
- Rear Brake Pipe Nut (3) - Install and tighten to 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
Rear Brake Front Pipe - Left Side (2) @ Rear Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Install [3x]
Exhaust Front Underbody Heat Shield- Right Side (3) - Install - Exhaust Front Underbody Heat Shield Replacement - Right Side
Warm Up Three-Way Catalytic Converter - Right Side (1) - Install - Warm Up Three-Way Catalytic Converter Replacement - Right Side (LT4)
Remove the cap from the rear brake front pipe outlet.
- Rear Brake Front Pipe - Left Side (2) @ Rear Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Install [2x]
- Rear Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Engage [2x]
- Rear Brake Pipe Nut (3) - Install and tighten - Rear Brake Front Pipe Replacement - Left Side (with Blackwing)
- Plenum Front Panel - Install - Plenum Front Panel Replacement (with Blackwing)
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (J57, J6H, JL9) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (J56)
- Check the brake system for leaks.
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
