Installation Procedure

    Front Brake Pipe - Right Side (2) - Install

  2. Remove the cap from the brake hose inlet fitting.
  3. Front Brake Pipe Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Front Brake Hose Replacement (J56) , or Front Brake Hose Replacement (JL9) , or Front Brake Hose Replacement (J57, J6H)

    Brake Pipe Retainer (1) - Install [3x]

    Remove the plug from the brake pressure modulator valve pipe.

  6. Front Brake Pipe - Right Side (2) @ Rear Brake Pipe Clip (1) - Install [2x]
  7. Front Brake Pipe Nut (3) - Install and tighten - Front Brake Front Pipe Replacement - Right Side (with Blackwing) 
  8. Install the powertrain. Engine Replacement
  9. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  10. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (J57, J6H, JL9) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (J56) 
  11. Check the brake system for leaks.
