Installation Procedure

Heater Outlet Pipe (2) - Install
- Heater Hose Clip Bracket Bolt (3) - Install and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace - Install - Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Replacement (Impact Bar Bracket) , or Front End Sheet Metal Cross Brace Replacement (Plenum without Blackwing)
Heater Outlet Hose (3) @ Heater Outlet Pipe - Install - Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (RWD with LGY Radiator Surge Tank to Heater Core to Heater Outlet Pipe)
Plenum Front Panel (1) - Install - Plenum Front Panel Replacement (without Blackwing)
- Windshield Wiper Transmission - Install - Windshield Wiper Transmission Replacement
- Air Inlet Deflector Water Deflector - Install - Air Inlet Deflector Water Deflector Replacement
- Air Inlet Grille Panel - Install - Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement
Install the left and right side front compartment side sight shields (2). Front Compartment Side Sight Shield Replacement (without Blackwing)
- Raise the vehicle.
Heater Outlet Pipe (2) @ Heater Coolant Pump - Install
- Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Heater Outlet Hose (2) - Install
- Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Front Compartment Air Deflector (1) - Install - Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement (RWD)
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
