Removal Procedure

- Drain the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
Front Compartment Air Deflector (1) - Remove - Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement (RWD)
Heater Outlet Hose (2) @ Heater Coolant Pump - Remove - Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (RWD with LGY Heater Coolant Pump to Heater Outlet Pipe)
Heater Outlet Pipe (2) @ Heater Coolant Pump - Remove - Heater Outlet Pipe Replacement (RWD with LGY)
Heater Water Auxiliary Pump Bolt (1) - Remove
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Heater Coolant Pump (2) - Remove
