Installation Procedure

Heater Coolant Pump (2) - Install
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Heater Water Auxiliary Pump Bolt (1) - Install and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Heater Outlet Pipe (2) @ Heater Coolant Pump - Install - Heater Outlet Pipe Replacement (RWD with LGY)
Heater Outlet Hose (2) @ Heater Coolant Pump - Install - Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (RWD with LGY Heater Coolant Pump to Heater Outlet Pipe)
Front Compartment Air Deflector (1) - Install - Front Compartment Air Deflector Replacement (RWD)
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY Static Fill) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (LGY GE 47716)
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
