Removal Procedure

  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging

    Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Hose Nut (1) - Remove

  3. Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve Stud (2) - Remove
  4. Wiring Harness Retainer (3) - Remove
  5. Air Conditioning Evaporator Hose Clip Nut (4) - Remove

    Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger (1) @ Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve - Remove

  7. Air Conditioning Sealing Washer (2) - Remove and DISCARD [2x]

  9. Air Conditioning Evaporator Thermal Expansion Valve (2) - Remove
  10. Air Conditioning Sealing Washer (3) - Remove and DISCARD [2x]
