Installation Procedure

Air Conditioning Condenser (1) - Install
- Air Conditioning Condenser Bolt (2) - Install and tighten to 6 N.m (53 lb in)
Install the engine radiator intercooler heat exchanger (1) to the engine radiator. Engine Radiator Replacement (LT4 Intercooler Heat Exchanger)
Radiator Air Side Baffle - Right Side (2) - Install
- Radiator Air Side Baffle Retainer (1) - Install [3x]
Radiator Air Side Baffle - Left Side (1) - Install
- Radiator Air Side Baffle Retainer (2) - Install [3x]
Radiator Air Lower Baffle (2) - Install
- Radiator Air Lower Baffle Retainer (1) - Install [6x]
Install the engine coolant fan module radiator (1) with assistance. Engine Coolant Fan Module Radiator Assembly Removal and Installation (LT4)
