Installation Procedure

    Sunroof Housing Front Drain Hose (1) - Install

    Sunroof Housing Front Drain Hose (2) @ Sunroof Housing Drain Gutter - Connect

  3. Secure the 3 sunroof housing front drain hose clips (1).
  4. Secure the wiring harness.

    Install the headlining trim panel (1).

    Sunroof Housing Front Drain Hose (2) @ Body Hinge Pillar Outer Panel - Connect

  7. Secure the sunroof housing front drain hose clip (1).
  8. Secure the body hinge pillar sound barrier.

    Connect the electrical connector.

  10. Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator (1) - Install

    Install the tabs into the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator (1).

    Instrument Panel Lower Trim Panel Insulator Retainer (1) - Install

    13. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  13. Instrument Panel Insulator Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  14. Instrument Panel Insulator Nut (3) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Attach the hood primary latch release cable end retainer to the hood primary latch release cable handle (1).

    Connect the electrical connector.

  17. Install the retainer that attaches the sunshade to the headliner.
  18. Sunshade (3) - Install
  19. Sunshade Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  20. Sunshade Retainer Bolt Cover (1) - Install

    Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel (1) - Install

    Center Pillar Upper Garnish Molding Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

  23. Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Bolt Cap (1) - Install

    Roof Rail Assist Handle (2) - Install

  25. Roof Rail Assist Handle Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Install the windshield multifunction sensor mount bracket cover (1) ensuring the retaining tabs are fully seated.

    Windshield Multifunction Sensor Mount Bracket Cover Insert (1) - Install

    Connect the electrical connector.

  29. Install the roof console (1) and front roof console tab into the headliner.

    Push up both sides of the roof console (1) along the retaining clips to install.

    Sunshade Support Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the electrical connector.

  33. Windshield Garnish Molding Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  34. Align the retainer clips with the slots in the A pillar and press the windshield garnish molding (1) into place.
  35. Windshield Garnish Molding (1) - Install
  36. Enable the SIR System. SIR Disabling and Enabling
  37. Water test and inspect sunroof for proper operation.
