Circuit/System Description

The K9 Body Control Module (BCM) and K56 Serial Data Gateway Module controls the KR73 Ignition Main Relay by applying voltage to the relay coil control circuit 5199 and is grounded by ground circuit 1350. The ignition circuit is energized when the vehicle is in the Run (vehicle on Engine Not Running) or Propulsion (engine Running) Mode.
