Assemble Procedure

  1. GM5043406

    Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Heat Shield (1) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Heat Shield Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  3. Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator (3) - Install
  4. Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Bolt (4) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  5. GM5043403

    Turbocharger Bypass Valve Solenoid (1) - Install

  6. Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger Bypass Valve Solenoid Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
  7. GM5043401

    Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger Wastegate Valve Link Spring (1) - Install

  8. Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Link Spring (2) - Install
  9. Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Rod (3) - Install
  10. Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger Wastegate Actuator Link Clip (4) - Install
  11. Compressor Air Intake Turbocharger Wastegate Valve Link Clip (5) - Install
