Installation Procedure

  1. GM5137016

    Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Upper Intake Manifold Cover Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  3. GM5137013

    Upper Intake Manifold Cover Bracket Bolt (1) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  4. GM5137012

    Wiring Harness (4) - Reposition

  5. Retainer (2) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (3) - Install [3x]
  6. Electrical Connector (1) - Connect [3x]
  7. GM5335089

    Intake Manifold Cover (1) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Install

  8. GM5335087
    NOTE:

    Ensure the engine sight shield retainers fully engage the intake manifold cover studs.

    Push down on the front of the intake manifold cover (1).

  9. Install the oil fill cap.
