Generator(1) - Install

Generator Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[2x] - Fastener Specifications

Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable(2) - Install
Battery Positive Cable Nut(1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Electrical Connector(5) - Connect
If the generator is being replaced, transfer the radiator inlet hose bracket (3) to the NEW generator.
Radiator Inlet Hose Bracket Bolt - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

Using an appropriate tool, rotate the drive belt tensioner (1) counterclockwise and hold tension.
Accessory Drive Primary Belt(2) - Install
Slowly release tension on the accessory drive primary belt tensioner (1).

Crankcase Vent Passage Seal(4) - Install NEW

NOTE:
Ensure the intake manifold cover insulator retainers fully engage the intake manifold cover studs.

Push down on the front of the intake manifold cover (2).
Intake Manifold Cover Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[2x] - Fastener Specifications
Install the oil fill cap.
Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
Pressurize the fuel system and inspect for leaks.
Perform the intake system learned values reset. Intake System Learned Values Reset
Perform the throttle body idle air flow compensation reset. Throttle Body Idle Air Flow Compensation Reset
