Installation Procedure

Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable(1) - Install
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable(1) - Install
- Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable Terminal Nut (2)@Starter Stud - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable(2) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable Nut(1)@Generator - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable(2) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable Nut(1)@Starter Solenoid - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Electrical Connector(1)@Starter(2) - Connect
Retainer(1) - Engage[2x]
- Lower the vehicle.
Retainer(1) - Engage[3x]
Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable(6) - Install
- Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable Nut(2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Battery Positive Cable Nut(3) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Battery Negative Cable Ground Bolt(4)@Front End Upper Tie Bar Extension - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Retainer(5) - Engage[3x]
- Fuse Block Cover(1) - Install
- Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution
