Installation Procedure

Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable(1) - Install
- Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable(1) - Install
- Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable Terminal Nut (2)@Starter Stud - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable(3) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable Nut(2)@Starter Solenoid - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Electrical Connector(1) - Connect
Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable(1) - Install
- Battery Positive Cable Nut(2)@Generator - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
Retainer(1) - Engage[4x]
- Lower the vehicle.
Retainer(1) - Engage
Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable(6) - Install
- Auxiliary Generator Battery Jumper Cable Nut(2) - - Fastener Specifications
- Battery Positive Cable Nut(3) - Install - Fastener Specifications
- Battery Negative Cable Ground Bolt(4)@Front End Upper Tie Bar Extension - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Retainer(5) - Engage[3x]
- Fuse Block Cover(1) - Install
Radiator Inlet Hose(2)@Engine Coolant Flow Control Valve - Install
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp(1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
Radiator Inlet Hose(3)@Radiator - Install
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clamp(1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
- Radiator Inlet Hose Clip(2) - Install
- Fill the cooling system to the proper level. - Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
- Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
