Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the oil fill cap.
  2. GM5335087

    Lift up on the front of the intake manifold cover (1).

  3. GM5335089

    Intake Manifold Cover (1) @ Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Remove

  4. GM5135762

    Electrical Connector (1) @ Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (2) - Disconnect

  5. GM5135894

    Disconnect the electrical connector at the sensor.

  6. Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose Connector Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
  7. Retainer (2) - Unclip [2x]
  8. Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose (3) - Remove
  9. Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose Fitting Seal (4) - Remove and DISCARD [2x]
