Terminal Removal Procedure

Disengage the TPA by inserting a small flat bladed screwdriver into the designated pry point.
Using the connector body as a pivot point gently pry out on the TPA until it reaches the released position.
- Gently insert the terminal removal tool J-38125-217 into the terminal service hole of the terminal being serviced.
- Push straight down into the hole to release the terminal locking tab.
Once the locking tab is released, gently pull on the wire to remove the terminal from the connector.
NOTE:
Prying or "picking" is not necessary
