Terminal Removal Procedure

    Using the tip of the screwdriver (1) insert the tool into the release tab (2), lift the latch of the wire cover (3). Raise the cover (4) and rotate the wire cover (5) to remove it from the connector housing.

    Open the TPA by inserting a small screwdriver (1) into the bottom of the cutout of the terminal block (2). Gently pry the outside of the TPA away from the connector housing (3).

Insert tip of removal tool J-38125-214 (1) into the opening above the circuit cavity (2) to deflect the terminal lock. Once the locking tab has been deflected, gently pull of the wire to remove it from the connector housing.

Insert the tip of removal tool J-38125-557 (1) into the openings above and below (2) the circuit cavity to deflect the terminal locking tab. Once the locking lance has been deflected, gently pull of the wire to remove it from the connector housing.
