Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition ON.
  2. Verify the Driver Door Open scan tool parameter changes between Open and Closed while opening and closing the driver door.
    • Go to next step: If the parameter changes 
  3. Verify the Dome/Reading Lamps and Sunshade Mirror Lamps turn ON and OFF while commanding the Dome/Reading Lamps Front Overhead Console ON and OFF with the Scan Tool.
    • If the lamps do not turn ON and OFF 

      Refer to Dome Lamps Malfunction - Test 1.

    • Go to next step: If the lamps do turn ON and OFF 
  4. Refer to Dome Lamps Malfunction - Test 2.
