Removal Procedure

    Rear Seat Back Cushion (1) - Remove - Rear Seat Back Cushion Removal and Installation (60 Percent Seat) , or Rear Seat Back Cushion Removal and Installation (40 Percent Seat)

    Depress the large button on the head restraint guide and raise the head restraint (1) to the full up position.

  3. Using an appropriate tool, insert into the small hole on the second rear seat head restraint guide to release the rear seat head restraint.
  4. Pull upward on the rear seat head restraint to remove from the rear seat.

    NOTE:

    Right side shown, left side similar.

    Using a suitable flat-bladed tool, slide the tool on the outside of the rear seat head restraint guide (1) until it finds the slot. Then push the plastic slot inward and pull upward to remove the guide from the seat back frame.

    Use a thin flat-bladed tool to release the retainers.

    Rear Seat Back Outer Pivot Bolt (1) - Remove

  9. Rear Seat Back Hinge Bushing (2) - Remove
  10. Rear Seat Back Cushion Outer Pivot Bolt Spring (3) - Remove
  11. Rear Seat Recliner Outer Finish Cover (4) - Remove

    Rear Seat Back Panel (1) - Remove

    Loosen the rear seat cushion cover and pad (1, 2) from the rear seat back frame.

  14. Remove the hog rings from the under side of the seat cushion.
  15. Pull the cushion cover (1) from the cushion pad (2).
